Poet's note: The poem is about political manipulations mostly in my country, Nigeria. The citizens Office which is supposedly the most powerful office is reduced to nothing. And this is largely because the people are ignorant of the power they possess. Line 5 is a pun. The first bottle(s) speaks of people's MINDS, the next bottle talks of CAGE. the house of bottles refer to bear parlours, bars or anywhere people gather to drink.
