A
-
The Way I read a Letter's thisB
'Tis first I lock the DoorC
And push it with my fingers nextD
For transport it be sureE
-
And then I go the furthest offF
To counteract a knockG
Then draw my little Letter forthH
And slowly pick the lockG
-
Then glancing narrow at the WallI
And narrow at the floorC
For firm Conviction of a MouseJ
Not exorcised beforeC
-
Peruse how infinite I amK
To no one that You knowL
And sigh for lack of Heaven but notM
The Heaven God bestowL
