Rhyme Scheme: A BCDC EFGCHF IJKE LMNO BPQP RS

A
-
The Soul has Bandaged momentsB
When too appalled to stirC
She feels some ghastly Fright come upD
And stop to look at herC
-
Salute her with long fingersE
Caress her freezing hairF
Sip Goblin from the very lipsG
The Lover hovered o'erC
Unworthy that a thought so meanH
Accost a Theme so fairF
-
The soul has moments of EscapeI
When bursting all the doorsJ
She dances like a Bomb abroadK
And swings upon the HoursE
-
As do the Bee delirious borneL
Long Dungeoned from his RoseM
Touch Liberty then know no moreN
But Noon and ParadiseO
-
The Soul's retaken momentsB
When Felon led alongP
With shackles on the plumed feetQ
And staples in the SongP
-
The Horror welcomes her againR
These are not brayed of TongueS
