At Half past Three, a single Bird
Unto a silent Sky
Propounded but a single term
Of cautious melody.
At Half past Four, Experiment
Had subjugated test
And lo, Her silver Principle
Supplanted all the rest.
At Half past Seven, Element
Nor Implement, be seen-
And Place was where the Presence was
Circumference between.

Michele : I had the first part of the poem written on a small card that came with something I bought years ago. I never researched it to learn if it was original, part of a poem or story until today. I was not surprised to find out that it was from a poem as it is beautifully written! And now I have the rest.
