Infinitely Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFGH IJKL

The hounds of despair the hounds of the autumnal windA
Gnaw with their howling the black echoes of eveningsB
The darkness immensely gropes in the emptinessC
For the moon seen by the light of waterD
-
From point to point over there the distant lightsE
And in the sky above dreadful voicesF
Coming and going from the infinity of the marshes and planesG
To the infinity of the valleys and the woodsH
-
And roadways that stretch out like sailsI
And pass each other coming unfolded in the distance soundlesslyJ
While lengthening beneath the starsK
Through the shadows and the terror of the nightL
