No Answer Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFGD HIJD KLMD NOPD NQRD

You tell me not green multitude of leavesA
Mingling and whirling with the willful breezeB
Nor you bright grasses trembling blade to bladeC
What meaneth June to hap us every yearD
-
The spirit of the flowers is watching nowE
As winking in the sun they suck the dewF
The thickets parley with the splendid fieldsG
What meaneth June to hap us every yearD
-
Up where the brook laps round the shining flagsH
And tinkling foam bells pass the weedy shoreI
And where the willow swings above the troutJ
What meaneth June to hap us every yearD
-
The clouds hold knowledge in their snowy peaksK
They hide it in their moving fleecy foldsL
They share it with the sunset's golden islesM
What meaneth June to hap us every yearD
-
Fullness and sweetness and the power of lifeN
Must I in ignorance remain aloneO
And yield the quest of speech for certain proofP
What meaneth June to hap us every yearD
-
Sweetness and beauty and the power of lifeN
Is it creation's anthem parts for allQ
Is this the knowledge will you answer meR
What meaneth June to hap us every yearD
