On A Portrait Of Wordsworth By B. R. Haydon Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBACDEFDE

Wordsworth upon Helvellyn Let the cloudA
Ebb audibly along the mountain windB
Then break against the rock and show behindB
The lowland valleys floating up to crowdA
The sense with beauty He with forehead bowedA
And humble lidded eyes as one inclinedB
Before the sovran thought of his own mindB
And very meek with inspirations proudA
Takes here his rightful place as poet priestC
By the high altar singing prayer and prayerD
To the higher Heavens A noble vision freeE
Our Haydon's hand has flung out from the mistF
No portrait this with Academic airD
This is the poet and his poetryE
