| On thicky meadows under the twinkling of unfading little stars | C |
| Where the souls of those devoted to love go to glow | G |

| Yonder the streets that bear tedious gossips | C |
| And though I am no conqueror | F |
| Let me protect you like Caesar Julius | C |

| Papers for letters are queer | I |
| But when I count we are one | A |
