Make me O Lord thy Spining Wheele compleateA
Thy Holy Worde my Distaff make for meeB
Make mine Affections thy Swift Flyers neateA
And make my Soule thy holy Spoole to beeB
My Conversation make to be thy ReeleC
And reele the yarn thereon spun of thy WheeleC

Make me thy Loome then knit therein this TwineD
And make thy Holy Spirit Lord winde quillsE
Then weave the Web thyselfe The yarn is fineD
Thine Ordinances make my Fulling MillsE
Then dy the same in Heavenly Colours ChoiceE
All pinkt with Varnisht Flowers of ParadiseE

Then cloath therewith mine Understanding WillC
Affections Judgment Conscience MemoryB
My Words and Actions that their shine may fillC
My wayes with glory and thee glorifyF
Then mine apparell shall display before yeeB
That I am Cloathd in Holy robes for gloryB
