Whereas At Morning In A Jeweled Crown Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDEDFGHIJJ

Whereas at morning in a Jeweled CrownA
I bit my fingers and was hard to pleaseB
Having shook disaster till the fruit fell downA
I feel tonight more happy and at easeB
Feet running in the corridors men quick mdashC
Buckling their sword belts bumping down the stairD
Challenge and rattling bridge chain and the clickE
Of hooves on pavement mdash this will clear the airD
Private this chamber as it has not beenF
In many a month of muffled hours almostG
Lulled by the uproar I could lie sereneH
And sleep until all's won until all's lostI
And the door's opened and the issue shownJ
And I walk forth Hell's Mistress mdash or my ownJ
