Travel Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CBCB DBDB

The railroad track is miles awayA
And the day is loud with voices speakingB
Yet there isn't a train goes by all dayA
But I hear its whistle shriekingB
-
All night there isn't a train goes byC
Though the night is still for sleep and dreamingB
But I see its cinders red on the skyC
And hear its engine steamingB
-
My heart is warm with the friends I makeD
And better friends I'll not be knowingB
Yet there isn't a train I wouldn't takeD
No matter where it's goingB
