Time Does Not Bring Relief; You All Have Lied Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBA CDEEFD

Time does not bring relief you all have liedA
Who told me time would ease me of my painB
I miss him in the weeping of the rainB
I want him at the shrinking of the tideA
The old snows melt from every mountain sideA
And last year's leaves are smoke in every laneB
But last year's bitter loving must remainB
Heaped on my heart and my old thoughts abideA
-
There are a hundred places where I fearC
To go so with his memory they brimD
And entering with relief some quiet placeE
Where never fell his foot or shone his faceE
I say There is no memory of him hereF
And so stand stricken so remembering himD
