The Fledgling Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCDCDEEFFAA

So art thou feahered art thou flownA
Thou naked thing mdash and canst aloneA
Upon the unsolid summer airB
Sustain thyself and prosper thereB
Shall no more with anxious noteC
Advise thee through the happy dayD
Thrusting the worm into thy throatC
Bearing thine excrement awayD
Alas I think I see thee yetE
Perched on the windy parapetE
Defer thy flight a moment stillF
To clean thy wing with careful billF
And thou are feathered thou art flownA
And hast a project of thine ownA
