I Do But Ask That You Be Always Fair Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDEDFGFGFF

I do but ask that you be always fairA
That I forever may continue kindB
Knowing me what I am you should not dareA
To lapse from beauty ever nor seek to bindB
My alterable mood with lesser cordsC
Weeping and such soft matters must inviteD
To further vagrancy and bitter wordsE
Chafe soon to irremediable flightD
Wherefore I pray you if you love me dearlyF
Less dear to hold me than your own bright charmsG
Whence it may fall that until death or nearlyF
I shall not move to struggle from your armsG
Fade if you must I would but bid you beF
Like the sweet year doing all things graciouslyF
