Elaine Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABA CDED AFGF HAIA JKLK

Oh come again to AstolatA
I will not ask you to be kindA
And you may go when you will goB
And I will stay behindA
-
I will not say how dear you areC
Or ask you if you hold me dearD
Or trouble you with things for youE
The way I did last yearD
-
So still the orchard LancelotA
So very still the lake shall beF
You could not guess though you should guessG
What is become of meF
-
So wide shall be the garden walkH
The garden seat so very wideA
You needs must think if you should thinkI
The lily maid had diedA
-
Save that a little way awayJ
I'd watch you for a little whileK
To see you speak the way you speakL
And smile if you should smileK
