Sonnet Vii Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis
Rhyme Scheme: ABABBCBCCCCCCC| Fayre eyes the myrrour of my mazed hart | A |
| what wondrous vertue is contaynd in you | B |
| the which both lyfe and death forth fro m you dart | A |
| into the obiect of your mighty view | B |
| For when ye mildly looke with louely hew | B |
| then is my soule with life and loue inspired | C |
| but when ye lowre or looke on me askew | B |
| then doe I die as one with lightning fyred | C |
| But since that lyfe is more then death desyred | C |
| looke euer louely as becomes you best | C |
| that your bright beams of my weak eies admyred | C |
| may kindle liuing fire within my brest | C |
| Such life should be the honor of your light | C |
| such death the sad ensample of your might | C |
