Rhyme Scheme: ABABCCDCDEEFCCFGGHH

BVt let stil Silence trew night watches keepeA
That sacred peace may in assurance rayneB
And tymely sleep when it is tyme to sleepeA
May poure his limbs forth on your pleasant playneB
The whiles an hundred little winged louesC
Like diuers fethered douesC
Shall fly and flutter round about your bedD
And in the secret darke that none reprouesC
Their prety stealthes shal worke snares shal spreadD
To filch away sweet snatches of delightE
Conceald through couert nightE
Ye sonnes of Venus play your sports at willF
For greedy pleasure carelesse of your toyesC
Thinks more vpon her paradise of ioyesC
Then what ye do albe it good or illF
All night therefore attend your merry playG
For it will soone be dayG
Now none doth hinder you that say or singH
Ne will the woods now answer nor your Eccho ringH
