The Empty Space Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCC DD EFGF HI JKJKL MMM NOPFE N

I cry ninety nine times and smile onceA
smile only when I hear your voiceB
lonely cold and frozen like the iceC
longing for the cuddles you enticeC
-
I think about you twenty hours in a dayD
holding on to the things you sayD
-
Tears falling from my eyesE
Rain falling from the skyF
The house so silentG
could only hear myself cryF
-
waking up to an empty space by meH
makes me say things I really don't meanI
-
I am painedJ
because you weren't by my sideK
emotionally drainedJ
because these things is what I get to hideK
over this I only get to cry lain and act like I don't mindL
-
What do I do with the empty spaceM
how do I get you to embraceM
When will I get to see your faceM
-
I am lonely no one to talk toN
Missing my loveO
Someone so dear to my heartP
I just can't help it but to cryF
Pouring down tears from my eyesE
-
please come back I really miss youN

Poet's note: When you find yourself in a distance relationship, that moment when you need your man and he is not by your side. It hurts.
