St. Valentine's Day Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCBDBDBEBFBGBHB

The South is a dream of flowersA
With a jewel for sky and seaB
Rose crowns for the dancing hoursA
Gold fruits upon every treeB
But cold from the North The wind blows forthC
That blows my love to meB
The stars in the South are goldD
Like lamps between sky and seaB
The flowers that the forests holdD
Like stars between tree and treeB
But little and white Is the pale moon's lightE
That lights my love to meB
In the South the orange groveF
Makes dusk by the dusky seaB
White palaces wrought for loveG
Gleam white between tree and treeB
But under bare boughs Is the little houseH
Warm lit for my love and meB
