Yee Bow Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDCEFGHIJ

They got me into the Sunday schoolA
In Spoon RiverB
And tried to get me to drop Confucius for JesusC
I could have been no worse offD
If I had tried to get them to drop Jesus for ConfuciusC
For without any warning as if it were a prankE
And sneaking up behind me Harry WileyF
The minister's son caved my ribs into my lungsG
With a blow of his fistH
Now I shall never sleep with my ancestors in PekinI
And no children shall worship at my graveJ
