Serepta Mason Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHI

My life's blossom might have bloomed on all sidesA
Save for a bitter wind which stunted my petalsB
On the side of me which you in the village could seeC
From the dust I lift a voice of protestD
My flowering side you never sawE
Ye living ones ye are fools indeedF
Who do not know the ways of the windG
And the unseen forcesH
That govern the processes of lifeI
