Mary Mcneely Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBBDDEFGHIJHKLMN

Passer byA
To love is to find your own soulB
Through the soul of the beloved oneC
When the beloved one withdraws itself from your soulB
Then you have lost your soulB
It is written I have a friendD
But my sorrow has no friendD
Hence my long years of solitude at the home of my fatherE
Trying to get myself backF
And to turn my sorrow into a supremer selfG
But there was my father with his sorrowsH
Sitting under the cedar treeI
A picture that sank into my heart at lastJ
Bringing infinite reposeH
Oh ye souls who have made lifeK
Fragrant and white as tube rosesL
From earth's dark soilM
Eternal peaceN
