To avenge the wrong the people did him | H |
Filled me with furious energy | I |
To seek for wealth and seek for power | A |
But what did he do but send me along | J |
The path that leads to the grove of the Furies | D |
I followed the path and I tell you this | D |
On the way to the grove you'll pass the Fates | D |
Shadow eyed bent over their weaving | K |
Stop for a moment and if you see | D |
The thread of revenge leap out of the shuttle | L |
Then quickly snatch from Atropos | D |
The shears and cut it lest your sons | D |
