A Woman's Ways Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFG AFDFHIFI AJFKLEFE AMNMOOFO OOHOFIAI

IT 'S human for a womanA
To enjoy a little cryB
Though a man will grin and bear 'emC
And pass little troubles byB
A woman seeks a pillowD
And her face she buries in itE
Starts the bitter tears to runningF
And she's better in a minuteG
-
It's human for a womanA
To expect a lot of fussingF
Though a man will greet his fellowD
Without once his topknot mussingF
A woman greets her sisterH
Disarranging gown and hairI
Kissing hugging squeezing gurglingF
With enthusiasm rareI
-
It's human for a womanA
Not to know just what she wantsJ
That's the reason she goes shoppingF
And the down town stores she hauntsK
Though a man knows just exactlyL
What he wants and goes and gets itE
A woman spends time lookingF
And she never once regrets itE
-
It's human for a womanA
To enjoy a lettuce sandwichM
Though a man wants steak and onionsN
And a cup of 'Mocha and' richM
he must have her lady fingersO
Ices tea and macaroonsO
And she gets her fun in toyingF
With the solid silver spoonsO
-
Man must grin and bear his troublesO
Lovely woman always criesO
And the man who 'd seek to stop herH
Does a thing that's most unwiseO
Let her weep and kiss in greetingF
Shop and feed on dainty fareI
These are human for a womanA
They 're her meat and drink and airI
