Song Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAACAC CACAABBA

The sunshine of your presence liesA
On the glad garden of my heartB
And bids the leaves of silence partB
To show the flowers to your dear eyesA
And flower on flower blooms there and diesA
And still new buds awakened springC
For sunshine makes the garden wiseA
To know the time for blossomingC
-
Night is no time for blossomingC
Your garden then dreams otherwiseA
Of vanished Summer vanished SpringC
And how the dearest flower first diesA
Yet from your ministering eyesA
Though night hath drawn me far apartB
On the still garden of my heartB
The moonlight of your memory liesA
