Hope Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAABCDCAAE EFDDFBABAEA

O thrush is it trueA
Your song tellsB
Of a world born anewA
Of fields gold with buttercups woodlands all blueA
With hyacinth bellsB
Of primroses deepC
In the moss of the laneD
Of a Princess asleepC
And dear magic to doA
Will the sun wake the princess O thrush is it trueA
Will Spring come againE
-
Will Spring come againE
Now at lastF
With soft shine and rainD
Will the violet be sweet where the dead leaves have lainD
Will Winter be pastF
In the brown of the copseB
Will white wind flowers star throughA
Where the last oak leaf dropsB
Will the daisies come tooA
And the may and the lilac Will Spring come againE
O thrush is it trueA
