We Lying By Seasand Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABACDEDFBGHGIFDJFKLM GNGO

We lying by seasand watching yellowA
And the grave sea mock who derideB
Who follow the red rivers hollowA
Alcove of words out of cicada shadeC
For in this yellow grave of sand and seaD
A calling for colour calls with the windE
That's grave and gay as grave and seaD
Sleeping on either handF
The lunar silences the silent tideB
Lapping the still canals the dry tide masterG
Ribbed between desert and water stormH
Should cure our ills of the waterG
With a one coloured calmI
The heavenly music over the sandF
Sounds with the grains as they hurryD
Hiding the golden mountains and mansionsJ
Of the grave gay seaside landF
Bound by a sovereign strip we lieK
Watch yellow wish for wind to blow awayL
The strata of the shore and drown red rockM
But wishes breed not neitherG
Can we fend off rock arrivalN
Lie watching yellow until the golden weatherG
Breaks O my heart's blood like a heart and hillO
