Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFFCDG

I could never have dreamt that there were such goings onA
in the world between the covers of booksB
such sandstorms and ice blasts of wordsC
such staggering peace such enormous laughterD
such and so many blinding bright lightsE
splashing all over the pagesF
in a million bits and piecesF
all of which were words words wordsC
and each of which were alive foreverD
in its own delight and glory and oddity and lightG
