Keep reaching for the flame | E |
but it burns the same | E |
Asking myself | F |
How do I enjoy the day | G |
when the clouds are constantly gray | G |
How do I turn a tear | H |
into a joyful cheer | I |
I wish someone would just take | J |
this persistent heartache | J |
so my heart can regain it's missing part | K |
Take away these fears | L |
and drain this sea of tears | M |
