The Mystic Blue Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AAA BBB CCC DDD EEEE

Out of the darkness fretted sometimes in its sleepingA
Jets of sparks in fountains of blue come leapingA
To sight revealing a secret numberless secrets keepingA
-
Sometimes the darkness trapped within a wheelB
Runs into speed like a dream the blue of the steelB
Showing the rocking darkness now a reelB
-
And out of the invisible streams of bright blue dropsC
Rain from the showery heavens and bright blue cropsC
Surge from the under dark to their ladder topsC
-
And all the manifold blue and joyous eyesD
The rainbow arching over in the skiesD
New sparks of wonder opening in surpriseD
-
All these pure things come foam and spray of the seaE
Of Darkness abundant which shaken mysteriouslyE
Breaks into dazzle of living as dolphins that leap from the seaE
Of midnight shake it to fire so the secret of death we seeE
