Sonnet: Spirit Of Love Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEBCDFGHIGE

I felt a spirit of love begin to stirA
Within my heart long time unfelt till thenB
And saw Love coming towards me fair and fainC
That I scarce knew him for his joyful cheerD
Saying 'Be now indeed my worshipper 'E
And in his speech he laughed and laughed againB
Then while it was his pleasure to remainC
I chanced to look the way he had drawn nearD
And saw the Ladies Joan and BeatriceF
Approach me this the other followingG
One and a second marvel instantlyH
And even as now my memory speaketh thisI
Love spake it then 'The first is christened SpringG
The second Love she is so like to me 'E
