To Himself Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBACDEFGHIHJKJ

Nor wilt thou rest forever weary heartA
The last illusion is destroyedB
That I eternal thought DestroyedB
I feel all hope and all desire departA
For life and its deceitful joysC
Forever rest Enough Thy throbbings ceaseD
Naught can requite thy miseriesE
Nor is earth worthy of thy sighsF
Life is a bitter weary loadG
The world a slough And now reposeH
Despair no more but find in DeathI
The only boon Fate on our race bestowsH
Still Nature art thou doomed to fallJ
The victim scorned of that blind brutal powerK
That rules and ruins allJ
