Imagination's eyes	A
Outreach and distance far	B
The vision of the greatest star	B
That measures instantaneously	C
Enisled therein as in a sea	C
Its cincture of the system laden skies	A
Abysses closed about with night	D
A tribute yield	E
To her retardless sight	D
And Matter's walls reveal the candent ores	F
Rock held in furnaces of planet cores	F
She penetrates the sun's transplendent shield	E
And through that inner vastness sphered and dire	G
Pierces his dreadful heart whose gurge of fire	H
Heaves outward riven by Titanic throes	I
And fills his frame with tide and cataract	J
Of thunder pulsing incandescent streams	K
Her eyes exact	J
From the Moon Sphinx that wanes and grows	I
In wastes celestial alien dreams	K
Brought down on wings of spectral beams	K
Adown the clefts of under space	L
She rides her steed a falling star	B
To seek where void and vagueness are	B
Some mark or certainty of place	L
Upon their heavenly precipice	M
The gathered suns shrink back aghast	N
From that interminate abyss	O
And threat of sightless anarchs vast	N

She stands endued	P
With supermundane crown and vestitures	O
Of emperies that include	P
All underworlds and overworlds of dream	Q
Domains with shadow bound	R
Cimmerian and profound	R
And heights of some Himalaya supreme	Q
Where moon transcending light endures	O
She roams in grey fantasmal lands where grow	S
In scarce discern d fields and closes blind	T
Faint blossoms stirred by wings of eidolons	O
Or wanders all bemused and slow	S
In woods where only nameless echoes go	S
And wraiths of ancient wind	T
In twilight there she shuns	O
The strident day while ecstasy and grief	U
Speak only in vague whispers like the leaf	U

Upon some supersensual eminence	O
She hears the fragments of a thunder loud	V
Where lightnings of ulterior Truth intense	O
Flame through the walls of hollow cloud	V
But these she may not wholly grasp	W
With unsupernal clasp	W
Her eyes inevitably see	O
'Neath rounds and changes of exterior things	O
The movements of Essentiality	V
Of ageIess principles that alter not	V
To temporaI alterings	O
Unswerved by shattered worlds upbuilt once more	X
And stars no longer hot	V
Or broken constellations strewn	Y
Like coals about the heavenly floor	X
And rush of night upon the noon	Y
Of their lost worlds unsphered retrievelessly	S
In icy deserts of the sky	Z
From the beginning of the spheres	O
When systems nebulous out thrown	A2
Drove back the brinks	O
Of nullity with limitary marks	O
Till end of suns and sunless death of years	O
To her are known	A2
The unevident inseparable links	O
That bind all deeps all suns all days and darks	O
