The World Cries. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFGHI JKLMNO OPDQGRG

The sun now rises in the West and sets in the EastA
The wolves now howl at sunrise and the morning bird sings at moon riseB
Things are now changing for the worstC
Where we found redemption and salvation is now a place of death and destructionD
-
The forests are now darkE
The birds now sing sad songsF
The flowers drip bitter and poisoning nectarG
The butterflies have broken wingsH
Life sips away from the leavesI
-
A sneeze is more lethal than a nuclear missileJ
The most destructive wars are now fought in laboratories than battlefieldsK
Wuhan has become the Normandy of ChinaL
Like flies to wanton boys so are we for these earthly godsM
They kill us for the sportN
In the race for supremacy they crush us to the rough tarmac of helplessnessO
-
As the monster that they created clings to the mountain of peace and happinessO
we crawl to our cages like captured animalsP
Distancing is now the new trend to show affectionD
We now hide our smiles behind masks to show loveQ
We show the love of God in discrete Fellowship is now mass murderG
God seems to have resignedR
Uno mundo chorarG
