Sonnet Liv. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDCDEFFEFGFGHI

THE SLEEPING WOODMANA
Written in AprilB
YE copses wild where April bids ariseC
The vernal grasses and the early flowersD
My soul depress'd from human converse fliesC
To the lone shelter of your pathless bowersD
Lo where the Woodman with his toil oppress'dE
His careless head on bark and moss reclinedF
Lull'd by the song of birds the murmuring windF
Has sunk to calm though momentary restE
Ah would 'twere mine in Spring's green lap to findF
Such transient respite from the ills I bearG
Would I could taste like this unthinking hindF
A sweet forgetfulness of human careG
Till the last sleep these weary eyes shall closeH
And Death receive me to his long reposeI
