Sonnet: - Xiii Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBABBDDDEEFF

I've almost grown a portion of this placeA
I seem familiar with each mossy stoneB
Even the nimble chipmunk passes onC
And looks but never scolds me Birds have flownB
And almost touched my hand and I can traceA
The wild bees to their hives I've never knownB
So sweet a pause from labour But the toneB
Of a past sorrow like a mournful rillD
Threading the heart of some melodious hillD
Or the complainings of the whippoorwillD
Passes through every thought and hope and aimE
It has its uses for it cools the flameE
Of ardent love that burns my being upF
Love life's celestial pearl diffused through all its cupF
