Sonnet: - Vi Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCCDEFGHHHF

Through every sense a sweet balm permeatesA
As music strikes new tones from every nerveB
The soul of Feeling enters at the gatesA
Of Intellect and Fancy comes to serveB
With fitting homage the propitious guestC
Nature erewhile so lonely and oppressedC
Stands like a stately Presence and looks downD
As from a throne of power I have grownE
Full twenty summers backwards and my youthF
Is surging in upon me till my hopesG
Are as fresh tinted as the checkered leavesH
That the sun shines through All the future opesH
Its endless corridors where time unweavesH
The threads of Error from the golden warp of TruthF
