The sorrows can to girls of tender age befall | G |

Distress throughout the school prevailed | I |
Yet as she shared it all 'twas such | H |
A weight of woe that her assailed | I |
She lost her colour loathed her food and grew | J |
So dull that all their confidence from her withdrew | J |

No longer listening to complaint | L |
She seems to breathe a different air | K |
And health once more her cheek does paint | L |
Still Anna loves her friends but will not hear | M |
Again their list of grievances which cost so dear | N |
