A Timid Grace Sits Trembling In Her Eye Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBCCDECFGFGHH

A timid grace sits trembling in her eyeA
As loath to meet the rudeness of men's sightB
Yet shedding a delicious lunar lightB
That steeps in kind oblivious ecstasyC
The care crazed mind like some still melodyC
Speaking most plain the thoughts which do possessD
Her gentle sprite peace and meek quietnessE
And innocent loves and maiden purityC
A look whereof might heal the cruel smartF
Of changed friends or fortune's wrongs unkindG
Might to sweet deeds of mercy move the heartF
Of him who hates his brethren of mankindG
Turned are those lights from me who fondly yetH
Past joys vain loves and buried hopes regretH
