Easter Week Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABBABA CDEDBABA

See the land her Easter keepingA
Rises as her Maker roseB
Seeds so long in darkness sleepingA
Burst at last from winter snowsB
Earth with heaven above rejoicesB
Fields and gardens hail the springA
Shaughs and woodlands ring with voicesB
While the wild birds build and singA
-
You to whom your Maker grantedC
Powers to those sweet birds unknownD
Use the craft by God implantedE
Use the reason not your ownD
Here while heaven and earth rejoicesB
Each his Easter tribute bringA
Work of fingers chant of voicesB
Like the birds who build and singA
