This Is My Valediction Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABC DDEFGH IJKCI IIF

I need stitches to stitch my heartA
because the harpist to my happinessB
plucks the strings of anotherC
-
many times I have hidden in my caveD
but it's now a graveD
I have become a drowning man in thisE
whirlpool of feelings and my heart is anF
empty broken vase that needs fillingG
but all I fill and feel brings a hurting voidH
-
Tears roll down my cheeks like rain dropsI
on a glass window each time I think of theJ
unfortunate event that befell meK
to long for you and you to long for anotherC
to want your attention and you to want anothersI
-
I thought I could just handle being friends with you but I have reached the precipice and I need peaceI
so before I take my heart apart and tell you how I feel then we imperceptibly become strangersI
