When in front of you hangs the day with itsB
Smallest detail fine or crudeC
The intensely hot cracking squirrel soundsD
Do not cease in the resinous woodE
-
The high line of pine trees stands asleepF
Drinking in and storing strengthG
And the wood is peeling and drip by dripH
Is shedding freckled sweatI
-
-
-
From miles of calm the garden sickensD
The stupor of the angered glenJ
Is more alarming than an evilK
Wild storm a frightful hurricaneL
-
The garden's mouth is dry and smells ofM
Decay of nettles roofing fearN
The cattle's bellowing is closingO
Its ranks A thunderstorm is nearN
-
-
-
On the bushes grow the tattersD
Of disrupted clouds the gardenP
Has its mouth full of damp nettlesD
Such the smell of storms and treasuresD
-
Tired shrubs are sick of sighingO
Patches in the sky increase TheQ
Barefoot blueness has the gait ofM
Cautious herons in the marshesD
-
And they gleam like lips that glistenP
When the hand forgets to wipe themR
Supple willow switches oak leavesD
And the hoofprints by the horsepondI
