Storm, Momentary, Forever Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCA DCEF GCHCIJKJ

Then summer said goodbyeA
to the station Lifting its capB
the thunder took souvenirsC
hundreds of shots on the flyA
-
The lilac went black And thatD
instant gathering whole armfulsC
of lightning the far clearing litE
the white station master s shackF
-
And when the whole roof ranG
with a fierce torrent of maliceC
and like charcoal onto a sketchH
the rain crashed down on the fenceC
consciousness started to flashI
here it seems flooding in playJ
even the corners of mindK
where it s always bright as dayJ
