Poetry Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDB EFEF GHGI JKJK LMNO

Yes I shall swear by you my verseA
I shall wheeze out before I swoonB
You're not a tenor's shape and voiceC
You're summer travelling third classD
You are a suburb not a tuneB
-
You're a street as close as MayE
You're a battlefield at nightF
Where clouds groan loudly in dismayE
And scatter when dismissed in frightF
-
And splitting in the railway's laceG
That's outskirts not refrain and homeH
They crawl back to their native placeG
Without a song as if struck dumbI
-
The shower's offshoots stick in clustersJ
Till break of day and all the timeK
They scribble on the roofs acrosticsJ
And bubble up rhyme after rhymeK
-
All poetry is what you make itL
And even when the truism's not worthM
The rhyme the flow of verse is scaredN
The notebook's open so flow forthO
