Of attics with no frills or curtains | K |
Was tangible without pretence | K |
And full of substance weighty certain | L |

And I went bad when rot defaced | M |
Our time and life became infested | N |
When grief was censured as disgrace | K |
And all played optimists and yes men | O |

My faith in those who seemed my friends | K |
Was broken and our ties were sundered | N |
I too lost Man the Human since | K |
He had been lost by all and sundry | P |
