What enormous damage have i caused to deserve the showers of hatred you pour over me
How tragic am I that you get rid of me every time i come by
I come together with love but you shut me out the door and only let her in

I try to stand by you but you drown me in the drugs you dose yourself with
I come with warmth and fill up the empty space that love has left
But you thank me with a storm of therapy that washes me away from you

I am also alone and wish to bask in the warmth of a desperate soul
So please let me in for i will never forsake you.
