The Spinner Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCD EEFFGG HHIIFF

Oh what was it he meantA
By his question as he wentA
'I am making a loomB
'T will be up in April's bloomB
If you think it may beC
Spin for me 'D
-
Oh what shall I believeE
Does he think himself to weaveE
And the yarn that I spinF
Lo he thinks to weave it inF
And so soon as the SpringG
Flowers shall bringG
-
And he laughed when he'd doneH
Oh he is so full of funH
Dare I trust all my skeinI
To so young and wild a swainI
May God help to bind inF
All I spinF
