Neither Snow Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDE FAGHIJKL JMNO PGLQ RSTULVWA

When all of a sudden the city air filled with snowA
the distinguishable flakesB
blowing sidewaysC
looked like krillD
fleeing the maw of an advancing whaleE
-
At least they looked that way to meF
from the taxi windowA
and since I happened to be sittingG
that fading Sunday afternoonH
in the very center of the universeI
who was in a better positionJ
to say what looked like whatK
which thing resembled some otherL
-
Yes it was a run of white planktonJ
borne down the Avenue of the AmericasM
in the stream of the windN
phosphorescent against the weighty buildingsO
-
Which made the taxi itselfP
yellow and slow movingG
a kind of undersea creatureL
I thought as I wiped the fog from the glassQ
-
and me one of its protruding eyesR
an eye on a stemS
swiveling this way and thatT
monitoring one side of its worldU
observing tons of waterL
tons of peopleV
colored signs and lightsW
and now a wildly blowing race of snowA
