Rhyme Scheme: AB C DEF GH IJKL MN OFP QBRS

Every time we get a big gale around hereA
some people just refuse to batten downB
-
we estimate thatC
-
ice skating into a sixtyD
mile an hour wind fully exertingE
the legs and swinging armsF
-
you will be pushed backwardG
an inch every twenty minutesH
-
in a few days depending onI
the size of the lakeJ
the backs of your skatesK
will touch landL
-
you will then fall on your assM
and be blown into the forestN
-
if you gather enough speedO
by flapping your armsF
and keeping your skates pointedP
-
you will catch up to otherQ
flying people who refused to batten downB
you will exchange knowing wavesR
as you ride the great wind northS
