Our love has chosen its appropriate gestureA
Which when viewed in the midst of all the gesturesB
It didn't choose seems almost insignificantC
-
The gesture our love has chosen is appropriateD
We both agree not that we have any choice butD
Amidst all those others does seem insignificantC
-
Is it incumbent on us thus to therefore obliterateE
All of the gestures except this insignificant oneF
Chosen by our love for its own no doubt reasonsG
-
It is up to us to obliterate all other gesturesB
Though they cluster round thick as presentationsG
Of war and sacrifice in a gradeschool classroomH
-
Use of our love's chosen gesture for the obliterationF
Of all those foreign gestures is forbidden howeverA
We must find something else to erase them withI
-
Our love has chosen its appropriate gestureA
Which when viewed in the absence of all other gesturesB
Seems to spell the opposite of insignificantC
